Great alternative to Wubbanub for pacifiers other than the pacifier!

My daughter was obsessed with pacifiers and wubbanabs. She is very attached to her Wub. But since she is 1 year old and has more teeth, I wanted to switch her to an orthodontic pacifier. I love this dr. Brown Paci plush toy because I can attach almost any pacifier to it and my daughter is still holding her favorite animal. To be honest I think she likes this unicorn more than her Wab animals. I haven't had enough time to talk about durability. But so far so good. Update June 2019 - The paci plush toy is in very good condition. I've thrown it in the washer and dryer many times. The straps that snap and hold the pacifier in place are still very secure. Definitely see how long it lasts. The June 2020 update is by far the best Paci plushie I have ever owned. Far superior to Wubbanoobs. My daughter no longer uses a pacifier. Still, she loves sleeping with her unicorn every night. She can't sleep without him. I found this very helpful when I started translating it from the blank. I used a full silicone orthodontic pacifier and cut off the entire tip so it was just a flat silicone base. This base is still attached to the Pachi plush, but my daughter isn't trying to use it. I think she just likes it there for the familiarity and comfort. Still letting her have the unicorn by taking away the pacifier really helped ease the transition. EVEN! In my experience with wubbanubs, after a while the pacifier will start to detach from the plush and if it does you won't be able to attach a new pacifier. This stuffed animal from Dr. Brown Paci has been through literally hundreds of washer and dryer runs over the past year and a half, and while it definitely looks older than new, it's still intact and not falling apart. The clasps are still very secure and the fabric around the clasps is just starting to wear out.
