The Lenovo E495 power adapter was loose in my laptop's USB-C port and I increasingly found that my laptop would not charge even though I had the charger's USB-C connector plugged in. This little cable, now used as a power bank extender, solved the problem as it has a much better connection to both the laptop and the power bank's USB-C connector. The strong braid provides more support and reduces the chance of both ends twisting and unraveling. An unusual use case perhaps, but one that saved the day.
