There is no spike in my rating.

This item would fit my son if he actually had a drawstring waist as stated in the description. So deceptive! There is no drawstring at all or any way to tighten the elastic waistband. They're too big so we'll have to wait until my son grows up to wear them.

Pros

My 12 year old wears 14-16 in shorts. It suits him very well. I recommend!

Cons

Poor Quality: Swim trunks/shorts may look good in the picture, but they can be made from cheap materials that wear out quickly and fade after a few uses.
