So I was very excited because they are so cute. But when I received them, it was nothing short of a nuisance from start to finish. First, it is almost impossible to screw back the gem. The back doesn't unscrew so you're stuck trying to screw in a really tiny gem even with a small screw. After about 30 minutes I finally got it. Then, just a few days later, my piercing was swollen and sore. Although I cleaned the jewelry before putting it on. I had to take it out and replace it with my old piercing that I had.
