Review on 📸 Black Sony Alpha a5000 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 16-50mm OSS Lens - Enhanced SEO by Chris Castro

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I want to make sure others don't fall victim to this product disaster. The camera worked well for the first three months. Then with normal use of the zoom function of the camera, which we have used millions of times, an error message came up that "the lens is not recognized". The image outside the lens was blurry/foggy. We tried changing the settings but kept getting the message that "the lens cannot be detected". We've tried everything to reset the camera, remove the lens, etc. to no avail so we've tried returning the product. Focus Camera declined the article and referred us to Sony. Sony has us running between different departments, each refusing to provide the one-year warranty that comes with the product. It seems like there should be an easy fix to this problem, other than the zoom causing the camera not to recognize the lens, but it looks like nobody can/will help. Disappointed with the product, Focus Camera and Sony. Do not buy this product. If there are problems, you will be left alone.
