Inwx does not provide any features that I do not like, or dislike to be exact. The customer service is great! You can get in touch with anyone you need at anytime for help. They are always willing to answer questions, offer advice on our needs, etc. Nothing really. Their email support system could use some more options but as far as sending emails goes its fine. If your looking into getting webhosting from another provider then look elsewhere because they won't let you host anything else other than their own products. Host everything we have through them. Everything! From sites for my clients, to wordpress, etc., nothing has been an issue since moving over all these years ago.
