I am starting to buy a pair of KZ ZSN Pro X IEM headphones because DankPods told me to. I was blown away by the sound and build quality and started using them with my newly restored iPod. As much as I love them, wired headphones still turn me off on many occasions. Especially when I was trying to clear my driveway and the cord kept getting stuck in my jacket. So I ordered this little nugget thinking it would be worse sound/connection quality but with the benefit of wireless. How wrong I was I'm far from an audiophile, but I've had many wired and wireless headphones and have never been able to find the perfect product. It seems impossible to find something that sounds good, fits comfortably, blocks noise, plugs in easily and doesn't break. Well I think this product (combined with KZ IEM) is almost the perfect solution for me. The cable is very small and light, but doesn't feel/look terribly cheap. I would compare it to some budget SkullCandy headphones. The ends of the cable are marked "L" and "R" for lightweight and easy installation. Both ends of the cable become semi-rigid, allowing you to shape the hook to best fit your ear. It's so comfortable and light you'll hardly notice you're wearing it. The Bluetooth connection to my phone took only three seconds and shows up as "KZ Earphone" on my phone. I was surprised to see it says "Supports Qualcom APTx". I just assumed it would be a very cheap item and would have quality/connection issues. But now I can say with confidence that there is no difference in sound quality between a wired cable and this BT receiver. The volume gets way louder than I've ever needed, and I've never had a drop in sound (which my Razer BT headphones do all the time, even when synced to my Razer phone). You only have a small controller. the right side hanging from your shoulder (the battery is in the same place on the other side and is the same size as the controller, so it looks perfectly flat). 3 buttons - volume up volume down, play and volume up volume. Each button is really easy to index and requires a strong CLICK to activate so you don't accidentally mistype it. This might be my favorite part after years of those TERRIBLE touch controls on the headphones (you try to adjust them in your ears, or god forbid put on a winter hat and they stop, skip tracks, bring up Google Assistant, etc. It's a Nightmare ). I hope this helps others who have been in the same situation that I seem to be living in. I never thought I'd drive with a $35 set of Bluetooth headphones/earphones on a daily basis, but KZ actually made me reconsider trying to always buy "branded” technology because it seems like most tech giants don't really care about the product they're selling. I'm tired of marketing gimmicks and flashy tech reviews. Do yourself a favor and try some KZ products. You can return them if you don't like them, but I doubt that will happen. Also check out DankPods on YouTube if you want to learn more about audio tech and Shrek.
