I bought 6 pairs of men's cotton crew neck cropped athletic socks. Now I have 18 pairs. I've been wearing Gold Toe socks for over 20 years. I usually buy them at Dillards, back when I used to walk the mall. I bought the exact same socks here at Revain a few years ago but returned them because they felt small. Silly me! My mistake was that I never tried them on prior to the review. A few months ago I placed another order (6 packs) hoping they had "fixed" the sizing issue. However, when I received the package, again. they looked small. BUT, this time I actually put on these new socks. Now I understand that the "problem" was me. Never had a problem with socks. Only the material has become more elastic, but in a good way, not a bad way. Overall, these socks are even BETTER than the Gold Toe socks I've been buying for over 20 years. The material is much better. Tailoring is better. I expect them to last even longer than I'm used to from Gold Toe. They also take up less drawer space. Yes, they look smaller than we're used to, but they fit very well. I wear size 11 shoes. I was so impressed I threw away all the other socks and bought two more 6 packs. Now I have 18 socks, all black. I'm more used to black sports socks, they look cooler imho.
