Great experience doing business with this company. Their team of senior engineers has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to support our IT requests in a timely, reliable, and quality manner. XL has a proven track record of keeping their commitments and supporting us throughout the life of our IT projects. The only downside I can think of is the price. XL.net has managed to undercut our competition and deliver a premium quality product for the price we need to make a profit in the long run. Support for our client's business applications and infrastructure. We are able to maintain the security and stability of their servers in a timely manner. The ability to have access anytime, anywhere from any device is great! I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use this software without much training or assistance needed at all times during office hours which makes life easier when you're not there yourself!! It would be nice if they could create more templates instead of just using word documents as we are required too do things manually through emails sometimes but other than those small issues everything has been perfect thus far.
