I like that it has many different options for pricing, but also gives you other options if your business doesn't want those extra features at this time (such as no automatic billing). It's easy enough to use without any special training when compared with some competitors in our market space such as Fleetio or Workforce Pro. As far as software goes, their customer service could be better - they are very good about responding quickly, but sometimes responses aren't quite so prompt. We're solving issues relating to how we manage fleet data across multiple locations within an organization.
