Hershey is my little kitten with a small neck who was neutered a few days ago. My previous kitten had just been spayed and the cone was a nightmare so I found this product and tried it on Hershey. The cone didn't fit around Hershey's neck, no matter how small it was. This product was too loose on her neck and she slipped out. I had to sew the neckline and it fit perfectly. The reason I gave lower stars for stretch and accuracy is because of the neck issue, but if you have a needle and thread (I'm definitely not a seamstress!) you can make this work.
