Very light weight. I set up my key fob so that technically it shouldn't detach from the belt loop. I simply select "If I just need a pen or light and a multi-tool" on the large ring that comes with a belt clip. I use it for my little everyday life without work. I use a shackle and swivel to place my key fob, spare forklift key, and flashlight. Now it doesn't work anymore, it's easy to grab what I need and put it back in, and very easy with everything but a flashlight and a titanium coin.
