I'm in love with this pillow. Right out of the box, he (and I) were a bit discouraged. This is not a very high support pillow in the way it was delivered as I expected based on the reviews and description. The design distinguishes this pillow. It closes well so you can customize the inside. Each side of the pillow has a little fluff wrapped in a shell. In the middle, I added a 2 inch piece of memory foam to the somewhat sad eggcrate, which the description said was memory foam. This makes the pillow really high and supportive. I hate a flat pillow or one that flattens my head when What I loved about this pillow is that it will last forever. If you love me and browse the pillows because when you first buy them they are great and flat out after a few weeks of use. Buy this pillow. If it starts to lose grip, I can just open it up again, add another piece of memory foam, and throw away the flattened piece.
