I forgot to mention that the "adjustable" part means it is adjustable itself. I work as a mailman and was looking for a belt that would be kept shorter because I'm 5ft 3in tall. I adjusted it to the shortest which would have been perfect EXCEPT for the fact that the strap kept slipping down and lengthening it to the longest which made my job more difficult as I had to reach even deeper and stop what I was doing to make it run properly. I adjusted it more than 20 times in one day of using it. I do NOT recommend this if you plan on wearing something for several hours a day. Now I'm out of money and have to try to find something stronger and more reliable that will stay in place. On the plus side, the belt sat comfortably on my shoulders.
