EDIT: The company sent me a refund. I would give the company 5 stars. The product didn't fit, that's why I give 1 star. The rating refers to the product. I used to buy these cartridges and was satisfied, but not this time. I bought a complete set of cartridges (3 colors and 1 black). Unfortunately, because I buy in advance, I didn't use them in time to get a refund. The magenta cartridge began to streak and print lighter even though 80% ink was left. The entire green photo sensor in the cartridge was covered with ink. A new black cartridge replaced a few weeks ago prints black streaks across the page. I still have the blue and yellow in the package, I won't be using them. I just ordered original HP cartridges.
