The dress is very well made and looks just like the picture. The fabric feels similar to the fabric of very thick leggings - very stretchy and thick. As for the size, it's a bit small, but it's not that bad. She usually wears a size XS around 4-5. I bought the dress a size 5-6 and it fits perfectly so I would suggest going up a size. The dress stretches, but I would still take a size up for a comfortable fit.
