I like that there is always someone available in chat who knows what they are doing! The system takes time getting used too but once you know how it works its easy peasy!! You can't ask your question until after an hour or two so be patient if this happens with other questions/answers as well. Sometimes some people don’t respond quickly enough for me which means i have no choice than wait till later when more responses come up (sometimes multiple times) - not really my preference :P But overall great service from them :) Great place to find answers about various topics related to startups etc., also helps connect users around similar interests / fields.
