They come in the perfect carry/storage bag that includes micro rivets, velcro straps and extra chain links. The size chart in the product description is accurate, I have a small foot, size M is recommended and they fit perfectly. They're easy to pull over my shoes: there are pictures on my trail runners, but they also go great with my hiking boots. I love that they have a "front" label for people like me who might not know which side is which without the label. ;) The spikes are pretty big and I can't wait to get them out! - just need some snow and ice to fall! :) Will update as soon as I get a chance to use them in freezing conditions.
