You MUST grind some of the plastic near the metal pins for this to work with the Baofeng radio.
You MUST grind some plastic near the metal pins for this to work with the Baofeng radio. If the sound isn't loud enough and the PTT function doesn't work, the prongs are NOT deep enough in the radio and the plastic needs to be sanded down further. Once the pins are far enough away, the PTT and audio levels work perfectly.
