I love that our team has been able to go paperless in so many ways - from intake, candidate profiles/questionnaires through application processes (cover letters included!) Our candidates are more engaged with their applications because they can see what we're looking at right away! We have not had any issues or complaints about this software since implementing it last year as an applicant tracking system during onboarding new hires into the organization. There's nothing specifically bad here; however if you like easy access control of your applicants' information then give them credit where its due :) It helps us keep track of all employment related documents such as resumes without having to print copies out ourselves which saves time & money each week when printing off hundreds upon thousands of files every month!
