I've been using this mascara for 20 years now. I like that it rinses off easily and doesn't smear because it's oil-free. This batch of particles was oily, smeared and difficult to wash off. Nothing like Covergirl Professional Mascara. I have already successfully purchased from this seller. But this batch was definitely not a cover girl. The packaging is also a bit disappointing. That should have been my first clue.
