They snap on easily and are just as comfortable as Bose original ear pads. I have an issue with them as they are significantly less effective at passive noise cancellation for certain sounds like keyboards or other similar noises. With these ear pads, turning ANC on or off on my Bose QC25 doesn't affect how my keyboard sounds when I type. With the Bose OEM pads, it was difficult to hear my keyboard from literally all sounds played through the headset. The headset's sound also sounds a bit more sacred or muffled (just a little, but enough to notice) than before the transition from the Bose OEM pads. I think I should learn my lesson. Every pair of 3rd party earpads I buy fall short in one way or another, I have to stick with OEM Bose.
