I wore them for the first time today and was impressed by how comfortable they are. They appear to be well made, with tight stitching and a decent gauge of material. There are pockets on both sides which I wasn't expecting and they are deeper than I was expecting which is nice. The photos show the phone sticking out, but my phone sat securely under the top of the case. The size was as expected. I have a 36 inch waist so I ordered the size XL and it fits perfectly. Doesn't tighten or pinch the waist or hips, but fits snugly enough to the body.
