Product description needs updating. Although it allows you to have a positive or negative bias, you can only choose ONE. Technically it is not regulated how they sound. At the bottom of the platform place the "legs" and glue them, so once you've made your choice you're done. I read the product description to adjust myself from one to the other. nope! So it allows for negative tilt, positive 5 degrees, or positive 10 degrees. And again, as I mentioned earlier, you should ONLY select one of these options. The plastic platform is durable. You also need to glue the gel wrist pad to the platform. It is not ready for use. And I find the price a bit high for plastic and then assemble it yourself. It will help relieve my carpal tunnel pain for a while, but I'll still be looking for a truly adjustable keyboard platform.
