I bought this as an alternative (thought it would be quicker than my usual method of cutting and rolling tissue paper). However, the paper in this set is so thin that it can hardly be rotated to keep the "tassel" pieces from falling off. I spent about 20-30 minutes putting it together before I got frustrated with all the torn pieces and threw them in the trash.
