So let me preface this with, I never write product reviews or comment on things.but this "flask” has been a life saver. With the current state of our world, the water sources typically available on my favorite trails to train on have been shut off. This is definitely understandable with efforts to keep people from gathering in public places, but is problematic for those training for long distances. This flask is the perfect solution for my middle distance runs when I need a quick sip. I hate running with things in my hands or strapped to my body (can’t do the waist packs!). This little guy (5oz) fits perfectly in those pockets on the side of my running tights! I highly recommend. The only downside I’ve had is that the water gets pretty warm since the flask is up against my body and absorbs my heat.but in all honesty that’s really not an issue!
