I bought this chain in July but only used it a week ago. I'm going through the return period now, so I can't get a refund. Parents of pets PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS NETWORK! I only went in for a few minutes to fill a bowl of water for my dog and when I came back I found the chain broken and my dog gone. Luckily she only managed to run into the yard! I've been using this network for a week now. Came new in packaging. Either the one I received was defective or this chain is simply poor quality and not durable. The clasp is strong as it was still attached to her choker, but the chain is clearly not strong or the links are not well connected. My dog is chewing but I don't see any tooth marks on the chain. She was clearly able to use her power to break free. I would definitely not recommend this product for those with a large breed. For reference, my dog is 1 year old, weighs 90 pounds, Rottweiler.
