Review on 🐱 72-Inch Cat Tree by Go Pet Club by Sally Romero

She loves it! on Cats

When our pet rabbit died we were concerned for our cat, Marley, who was very close to him. She was depressed, didn't want to play, only slept where they slept together, and became very nauseous, which was unusual for her. I was worried about how she would react if I destroyed his cage because she liked to sit on top of him or next to him to be near him. I chose this scratching post hoping it would distract and maybe cheer her up. Of course, when I removed the cage, she hid and peeked around the corner, watching me in trouble. But when I started collecting the scratching post instead of the cage, she became curious and dared to come closer. Soon she was playing with a mouse tied to a string. She started to sit on it and after a few days she is already playing on it. It is next to some windows and she likes to climb up and watch the birds. I think this scratching post helped her and she became more herself. I will try to post pictures of her (she is a small black fluffy cat). As for the product itself, that's what I expected. It is not covered with a carpet but with a softer cloth. It's certainly not as hard as a rug, but I think it's hard enough and she likes the way it feels. Other reviewers have commented that they don't think it's as durable as they would like. I did not find it - it seems to me quite strong. Like other people, I didn't turn on the ramps. They didn't seem necessary and took up space that could be used for stretching. I gave up on one of the three shelves for the same reason. In the photo you can see what I am posting. Marley is a small cat, 8 or 9 pounds max. The shelves suit her. However, this product may not be suitable for large cats as they may feel cramped inside.
