Its one stop solution where you can manage your employees from single screen along-with their pay slips etc., it is very user friendly software which helps me out easily when i have any queries regarding my department or organization work flow this platform solves them perfectly without fail every time!! Nothing much that I dislike about ascenders but may be customization could do better if there are some more options left over after few upgrades (especially those who want complete control).
