This is the best purchase I have ever made. It's big enough for my husband and I, we have a large double bed, but it doesn't need to cover the whole bed. We both find it incredibly comforting. And not very hot, which bothered me. I have anxiety and PTSD so this was a very smart purchase. I think it will help with late night panic attacks and nightmares because I feel held, wrapped, wrapped and safe. It is very similar to the uterus. 10/10 would buy again. I'm 17 pounds but I think it's perfect, anything over 20 can be hard to sleep under. But to each his own. If you have money to spare buy the largest you can make, you can double it for extra weight if needed. I hope this review helps and this product will help you with any problem you are facing.
