Poor light distribution

The lamp looks very bright at first when fitted, but definitely doesn't come close to the 6000lm rating I was expecting from an 880 lamp A bulb out, everywhere and not exactly that, what a fog light should be. It takes what little light it has and projects it rather unevenly with some "dots" of lighter and darker areas. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a badly made set of bulbs because I've heard a lot about Seelicht.
