Not permanent

When I bought the double sided tape it said it was tough and I used it on my truck to fix some lights around the windows and the next day everything seems wrong, and now i have to try to get everything out and it's a clunky mess "thanks"

Might be OK for very light material but nothing heavier. Even tried ironing it.
