Taste is a cool minty tingle. optical white from another brand. It lathers up just as well, which I love because it lets me know it's killing all germs. Teeth are noticeably wider after use and have a squeaky cleanliness that is absent with regular washing. I recommend rinsing your mouth out with water afterwards to avoid foaming your mouth or throat. I find no complaints as this is all brand quality at a much higher price which I will not use again as I have found the same quality or even better at a lower price.
