Size 9-10 has a 23 inch inseam and an 11 inch waist when flat. Keep in mind that the lace is not real, it's just for beauty. They are pleasant and soft to the touch. Being white, they are not suitable for a little boy's everyday life, but they are the perfect pair of pajama bottoms!
