I wanted to use this product outdoors to see my garden and garage. This item is not ONVIF compliant and it is not possible to find out the apparently hidden MAC address when receiving DHCP information on the router. So this item was pretty much useless to me as it also can't be used in a motion sensor socket. Image quality was good. If you have a simple downward facing adjustable porch vent this would be ideal for displaying on a phone app. My goal was to use it with other applications; There is no setting in the app to enable ONVIF and when I looked at the available ONVIF devices on my Hikvision DVR they were not listed. So it went back.
