I've compared it to how it looks with and without the screen and while it blocks some blue light it's not as strong as blue light glasses. A combination of that screen and glasses would be doable BUT the whole point was that I wanted to stop wearing glasses and just have a screen. The price is good, but as I said, it's not as good as $13 glasses. can be bought on amazon. So it's probably better to save some money and just buy some glasses.
