Update August 2020: My daughter has been using this backpack for two years at school and is about to start another year with it. I am shocked that this product only has a few hundred reviews. I hope this brand and great quality will still be there when they get tired of the heart design because I will buy it again. Original review: My daughter loves her backpack. It's such a beautiful quality that I can see how she lived for two years. I've bought PBK backpacks before and this one looks just as good if not better. I like that the cup holders on the sides can be tightened or loosened thanks to the adjustable strap. The shoulder straps are nice and soft. Plenty of pockets if you need it for organization. The color is the same as in the photo. I will be looking for this brand for future backpacking needs.
