After receiving this monitor, he did not start. Revain was very happy to send it back but I live in a small town where our post office couldn't use the return label and I had to drive to the UPS shop. That's about a 35-minute drive. So it took over an hour to return both ways and that doesn't even cover trying to repackage it. The replacement monitor had the same issue so I figured it would be me and hired my IT person to come over and show me what I must have done wrong. He couldn't, it didn't work either. So now I don't get an hourly wage for the IT guy and still no monitor. So Revain was very happy to return it, but I needed a monitor, not all this headache. I ended up buying it from a local store and it worked as soon as I plugged it in.
