I wasn't sure if my dog would leave them alone or not but wanted to get them for him not only for our truck rides but also for motorbike rides. As with anything new, teach them not to touch the glasses and reward them for good behavior when they do. It didn't take long for him to agree to use them and now he wears them with no problem. These glasses work great and fit him well. I am thinking of buying him another pair (clear) for night time use. Not only do they protect his eyes, but they also look great and a lot of people have commented on them. The only negative I can say about them is that one side can snag. The design could be better as the rubber strap may detach from the frame due to the hole. I once had a problem with the belt coming loose while we were driving down the street. The glasses caught the wind and flew away. Luckily I was able to turn and retrieve her. Reconnecting wasn't a problem, but the design could be improved with a latch or something to prevent this. I am very satisfied with the purchase and can only recommend this article. Protection, looks, fit and functionality are exactly what I was looking for.
