My twins have eczema on their feet and hands and very dry skin (like mine) and this cream has already worked wonders for them. We've only been using it for 4 days so far and I can already see improvements. The redness has almost completely disappeared, the small raised areas have softened and the peeling has almost stopped. Before that I tried baby oil, different soaps and several different lotions but nothing worked, in fact the oil and a few other things will make the girls scream when we apply it. They really like it when they put it on and they giggle all the time. This cream is a godsend for my little girls and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
