Thanks to all the reviews who mentioned that the case is glass and falls off easily. Because of this I opened it very carefully because it was loose and tightened the glass shell (it has small flexible metal parts holding it, like on the back of some picture frames). My daughter loves turtles and wanted an underwater theme in her room to make this work perfectly. I would have preferred to use strips to attach the turtle to the wall, but since the shell is clear and the metal parts of the turtle aren't really that big, I just had to use screws. Due to my OCD I used a marker to paint the front of the screws green so they don't stand out like regular silver screws.
