I dropped them in the hot tub and they still work great. No, you can't use them underwater, but they don't claim you can. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are a little big and uncomfortable on the outside of the ear. Also, I don't like charging them in the suitcase all the time as it feels hot. Edit: less than a month old, only one is included. I don't use the one that doesn't turn on anymore (I only use one at a time). Once the battery died I charged both and switched to the other earbud, which won't turn on and get physically hot in less than a minute after being plugged into the charger. They don't last long, don't buy them.
