Hat arrived in a folded package. Nice hat but I just couldn't get out any of the many folded creases. Even wet it - on the creases with water and used a hand held hot steamer. The hat has sat for month and still has all the creases none have disappeared. Other similar hats I purchased that arrived folded the creases were released after hot steamer. It's rare for me to give poor reviews but maybe if they store, package and/ship it differently . I'm sure I would have given it higher scoring.
