These were my first cakes and I fell in love with them. I have AA boobs so I only wore a bra to cover the lights. Oddly enough, my grandmother was the one who suggested I use patties and after much research I bought them. They fit under any shirt except my light yellow one. In it you can see the darkness of my nipples through my shirt. So I wish they were a bit thicker/colorful in the middle. After wearing them for about 2 weeks I noticed that the sides stopped getting sticky. I wash them with mild soap and let them air dry after each use, so I don't know why the stick comes loose. Overall I like them and will wear them until they don't stick anymore. However, I don't know if I would buy them again as they seem to be more suitable for casual use than the everyday use I was hoping for.
