Pretty nice mop. I personally don't use it on my tile floors as I really need something that feels like a brush. And I also want something I can easily rinse, wring out and keep mopping when it comes to tile floors since they are in high traffic areas. BUT it is PERFECT for my hardwood floors. Especially since I use a spray and mop for my wooden floors so that the mop never gets wet or too wet or anything. Also, I buff, buff, buff with what's on the mop. So again - perfect for my hardwood floors - especially since I can wipe under the sofa and no longer have to move my coffee table and sofa to do it. The mop is solid and the telescopic function works well and remains stable even when pulled out. The flexible part is good for getting under things, but is a bit unstable if you're just doing it for height. I'm tall and this mop without the flexible extension is long enough to handle very easily. I don't even bend like I would with a full-size mop that's too short for me. i really like it I wish it came with an extra pad or two as I think it would be a bit more versatile when doing housework.
