The best part about this tool was that it allowed me to connect my different systems through API's without having to do coding or writing scripts etc..It helped us in connecting our ERP system with CRM tools like Salesforce & Hubspot.
I also liked its dashboard feature where we could see realtime stats for each channel/API connected.The only downside i found was sometimes when there were too many connections between channels (eg. From Marketing Automation - Lead Nurture) the performance would slow down significantly. We used Datachannel as an integrated solution to help solve some business problems relating to lead nurturing process across multiple platforms including sales force automation & marketing automation software such as hubSpot & SFDC.
