bought these because my son spilled liquid on my joystick and couldn't get the left joystick to work, the right one was stuck in one direction. After a simple installation, I was happy to use my new joystick. and noticed that when crossing animals, my character would always look down and walk down slowly. I tried calibrating the flash drive - to no avail. I had to disassemble the entire controller again and use the second joystick that came with the kit to replace the broken joystick that came with the kit. After installation, the controller is now working properly. I bought 2 packs so I had a backup when the right eventually gave up and I'm not happy I don't have an extra backup joystick anymore. After contacting the seller, a second joycon was sent to me. Rating changed to 5 stars
