Review on White Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX9331/43 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush - Classic Edition by Rachael Taylor

I have had a black toothbrush for over 3 years and love it! He died so I decided to stick with the same brand. When I searched for products, I saw that this white toothbrush offers the same features but is cheaper. When I first got it I noticed it was 20 times louder than black. As I keep using it it gets louder and louder and I eventually found out that it was because the head wasn't attached properly. It's like the vibration is so strong and the head isn't properly attached to the base that it vibrates! And when the head is generally wet, it splatters all over the face while I comb it. I think it's broken. I will request a new one because I don't want to think that the color of the toothbrush depends on the quality of the product.
