Review on CLOUDBASIC RDS by Daniel Jenkins

CloudBisic has been very reliable, quick to respond when needed (even with issues that can be resolved remotely), knowledgeable of their product and willing to help in any way possible! I have not had an issue working with them so far; however we do occasionally run into minor snags which are worked out quickly without too much hassle. We use it for our database needs at work, as well as backups/replications from servers within datacenters across Canada & US locations. Our main benefit using this software over other programs would probably be its reliability and ease of usage - no need to worry about having things set up properly or knowing how everything works since you only provide input once your account info gets approved by staff.
