Disappointment: Pillow for reading and relaxing in bed

I opened the pillow to expand it. There isn't enough filling in it so it doesn't crumble. No way will it ever be firm enough to support your back. It will be returned. In addition, the color differs from the declared. It's pale green, not light green.
